Eva Castillo is a retired U.S. Navy Information Professional Officer with over 20 years of dedicated service in the Department of Defense information technology and cybersecurity sectors. Throughout her distinguished career, she rose from an Information Technician to a commissioned Lieutenant, gaining unparalleled "boots-on-the-ground" experience in managing global naval telecommunications and enterprise-level network security.

Currently serving as a lead cybersecurity systems engineer in high-stakes defense environments, Eva specializes in bridging the gap between complex regulatory mandates and operational security. She is a recognized expert in CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

She holds a Master of Science in Network, Operations, and Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School and maintains the industry's most rigorous professional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
