I have successfully led technical teams and overseen cybersecurity readiness for organizations supporting hundreds of personnel and critical systems for over 2,400 users. Whether directing 45 Sailors in defensive cyber operations or managing the data migration and "Flank Speed" transition for over 200 personnel, my focus has remained on operational continuity and mission success.

My objective with Liberty Holdings LLC is to translate this deep-rooted military accountability into a turnkey solution for Federal and State procurement and logistics. I specialize in bridging the gap between world-class manufacturers and the complex requirements of government agencies. By leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) and socioeconomic set-asides, I ensure that Liberty Holdings provides a seamless, compliant path for the procurement of mission-essential assets.
My approach to contract management is not merely as a vendor, but as a Strategic Partner. I personally oversee the lifecycle of high-volume asset deployments—such as the management and logistics of hundreds of unit orders (300+ units)—ensuring that every phase from sourcing to final site delivery and installation is audit-ready and technically sound.

I hold a Master of Science in Network Operations and Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School and maintain active CISSP and CISM certifications. I have been entrusted as the sole representative for the Joint Service State Funeral Honors mission and have dedicated hundreds of hours to mentoring over 200 youth on joint military panels.
